My name is Robin Gamble and it gives me great pleasure to present to you here information and instruction on the treasured arts that have enhanced my life immeasurably, the arts Cosmos Chi-Kung and Wahnam Tai-Chi Chuan. These arts have been developed and practised for thousands years by literally millions of practitioners in China, keeping them fit and healthy through even the toughest of times. I myself have improved my health, vitality and happiness with Cosmos Chi-Kung and Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan, and now I would like to share these benefits with you.
